Credit Card Fees and Charges
1. Cash Advance Fee
1.5% of the transaction value or EUR1.90 whichever is greater. (CLICK and 'be' credit cardholders please note the Cash Advance Fee will apply for accounts in debit and in credit.)
2. Currency Conversion Fees
Transactions performed abroad may be subject to a Currency Conversion Fee as illustrated in the table below
Note: No Currency Conversion Fees apply on Euro transactions.

3. Late Payment Fee
Should payments not be made in accordance with the Agreement a Late Payment Fee of EUR7.00 will be debited from the card account.
4. Over Limit Fee
The Over Limit Fee of EUR7.00 will apply, the first time your balance exceeds your credit limit in each statement period.
5. Returned Payment Fee
Should any payment either by cheque or direct debit be returned unpaid a Returned Payment Fee of EUR7.00 will be debited to the card account.
6. Miscellaneous Charges
Copy Sales Voucher Fee
Should you request a copy of a sales voucher, a EUR5.00 fee per voucher will be applied to the card account.
Copy Statement Fee
Should you request a copy of a statement, a EUR4.00 fee per statement will be applied to the card account
7. Card Protection Service
For 1 Year EUR16.00
8. Payment Protection Plan
Payment Protection Plan is available for a cost of just 79c per €100* of your outstanding AIB Credit Card balance each month.
*Payment Protection charges are applied in proportion for amounts less than €100.
9. Optional Travel Insurance
For 1 year EUR125.00
10. Government Stamp Duty
Government Stamp Duty of EUR30 is charged annually per Credit Card account
