Fraudulent emails

If you receive an email that appears to be from AIB which you believe to be bogus, please notify us immediately by sending the email to alert@aib.ie

While we make every effort to keep your details secure, there are some things only you can do.


Top security tips

  1. Never disclose your Code Card, PAC or Registration numbers.
  2. Never click on a link or open an attachment in an email to log in to Internet Banking
  3. Do Not use a computer that you do not trust to log in to your Internet Banking
  4. Check your bank statements regularly to identify any errors or fraudulent transactions
  5. AIB Group never sends emails unless you have specifically contacted us
  6. AIB do not request code(s) from your Code Card to Log in to Internet Banking
