We will start by setting out the Terms and Conditions that apply in particular to your use of stuff4students.ie (this 'Site'). The general Terms and Conditions of use of AIB websites are towards the end of this document as these also apply to your use of this Site.

All content including information on products and services and promotions available on this Site are intended for use by residents of Ireland only, and are not aimed or intended for use by residents of any other jurisdiction.

We may change these Site Use Terms and Conditions from time to time so be sure to check for changes each time you visit this Site.

1. Registration - Membership

In consideration of your use of this Site you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on your online registration form and thereafter.

To be eligible to register as a member on this Site you must be 16 years of age or older and resident in Ireland.

You will be required to be a registered stuff4students.ie member to participate in certain promotions on this Site and to post comments on any AIB Blog hosted on this Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to AIB for all activities that occur under your password and on your account. You agree to immediately notify AIB of any unauthorised use of your password or other breach of security.

2. Your Stuff - Promotions on stuff4students.ie

The following general Terms and Conditions apply to promotions on this Site. In addition, all instructions, rules and supplemental Terms and Conditions relating to each specific Promotion form part of the Site Use Terms and Conditions. AIB reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of promotions available or advertised on this Site at its discretion.

To be eligible to enter and/or to avail of certain AIB competitions, draws or other promotions of a similar nature ('Promotions'), you must be a registered member of this Site.

AIB will not be liable to any person for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a Promotion or, for example, any failure or inability of any person to use a promotional code for any reason.

(i) Free Prize Draws and Competitions

We run free prize draws and competitions from time to time. The terms of entry, eligibility requirements, prizes, entry dates and relevant instructions specified on this Site and in related advertisements for each draw and competition shall apply as relevant to each Promotion. The following general Terms and Conditions will always apply:-

• All entrants to AIB draws and competitions must be 16 years of age or over.
• AIB staff, their immediate families and their agents and any other person connected with a Promotion are not entitled to participate.
• AIB's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All prizes are subject to availability and confirmation.Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be available for non-cash prizes.
• AIB shall not accept responsibility for defective goods or services won as prizes and any complaints must be referred to the relevant supplier.
• AIB reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any Promotion or alter the specification of a Promotion without prior notice.
• Entrants consent to the disclosure of their name as the winner (if successful). The winner may be required to take part in publicity.

(ii) Discounts and Offers

All discounts and offers provided by third party suppliers are subject to both the Terms and Conditions specified on this Site and to all instructions, rules and Terms and Conditions specified by relevant suppliers on their websites or elsewhere.

AIB makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information relating to such discounts and offers is accurate and not misleading but we do not make any warranties or give any undertakings or representations as to completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability and performance in relation to third party discounts and offers. We neither accept nor assume any responsibility to you in relation to such discounts and offers.

(iii) Benefits relating to AIB Products and Services

All benefits relating to AIB products and services advertised and available through this Site are subject to specific Terms and Conditions, important legal notices, warnings and restrictions, such as restrictions concerning the persons to whom they may be made available. You will be directed to specific Terms and Conditions, important legal notices, warnings and restrictions that are applicable. You should read those details carefully before proceeding as they are important. The decision as to whether or not to avail of any financial product or service is yours and you should seek independent advice and read all of our legal notices, warnings and disclaimers and think carefully about the suitability and risks before proceeding to avail of any financial product or service from AIB or otherwise.

When using any AIB Blog on this Site you will be subject to the following conditions and all instructions, rules and supplemental Terms and Conditions, guidelines and principles posted on this Site from time to time, which, form part of the Site Use Terms and Conditions.

All of the views expressed in any AIB Blog are purely the personal views of the authors and commentators (including authors working for AIB as members of the stuff4students team or in any other capacity) and are based on their personal experiences and knowledge at the time of writing.

AIB does not offer financial or other advice through its Blogs. You should make sure to evaluate the relevance, accuracy and completeness of all information given in our Blogs before relying on the information in any important matters.

AIB shall not be liable for any loss you may suffer if you act, or do not act based on the views expressed in any AIB Blog.

AIB does not allow anonymous comments. Posts will be published on our Blogs with the full name of the commentator/author submitting the post. Every Blog post/comment can be traced to your specific membership account containing your name, e-mail address, date and time of registration.

AIB will actively monitor the content of all posts submitted and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all posts, including but not limited to posts that may, in the opinion of AIB, contain illegal, incorrect or potentially offensive or inappropriate content.

You agree not to use any AIB Blog to upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available ('post') any content or material (including any links thereto) that:-

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory/libellous/ slanderous, vulgar, obscene, false or inaccurate, an invasion of another’s privacy, otherwise objectionable;
• harms or exploits minors in any way;
• impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
• constitutes unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation;
• you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary or confidential information learned or disclosed as a part of employment relationships or under obligations of confidentiality);

Notwithstanding the above restrictions on AIB Blog posts, you understand that you may still be exposed to content that you consider offensive or objectionable and you use the website at your own risk. No responsibility will be taken by AIB for any content contained in any post, nor does AIB represent or warrant the content of any post.

By posting comments on an AIB Blog you agree to allow the content to be re-used or quoted by AIB without further notification to you. The Student Life Blog is designed to provide an opportunity for students to engage and interact with us and not as a means for advertisers to promote their websites or products. AIB reserves the right to delete advertising posts to any AIB Blog and AIB will decide what is acceptable on a case by case basis and at its sole discretion.

AIB may discontinue or restrict your use of an AIB Blog for any reason without notice and without liability to you. Further, AIB may discontinue or change the Student Life Blog or any other AIB Blog at any time, without notice.
