stuff4students - The BRIT Awards 2012 with MasterCard Competition Terms and Conditions
1. To be eligible to enter the competition entrants must be:
a) over 18 years of age and resident in the
b) a 3rd Level Student in the
c) an AIB Student Plus Account Holder;
d) a registered user of www.stuff4students.ie by completing the Online Registration Form and 'like' (by hitting the "like" button) on our stuff4students.ie Facebook page and
(e) complete a composition entitled “Why I’d like to go to The BRIT Awards 2012” in 200 characters or less.
2. To enter the competition each entrant (having complied with condition 1(a) to (e) inclusive) must complete and submit the online competition entry form and provide all the details required and complete a short composition in 200 characters or less entitled “Why I’d like to go to The BRIT Awards 2012” between 2pm on Tuesday 24th January 2012 and 1pm on Monday 6th February 2012.
3. AIB staff, their immediate families and their agents and any other person connected with this competition are not entitled to participate.
4. Closing date for receipt of all online entry forms is 1.00pm on Monday 6th February 2012.
5. Online competition entry forms only are valid.
6. Only one entry permitted per person per day.
7. There will 4 prizes in total. One main prize and 3 runner-up prizes The winners shall be the entrants who have completed the entry details and who in the opinion of the independent judges has completed the composition entitled “Why I’d like to go to The BRIT Awards 2012” in 200 characters or less in the most creative and original manner before 1pm on Monday 6th February 2012.
8. The prize details are as follows.
Main Prize:
The main prize is for 2 people and includes:
•2 tickets to The BRIT Awards 2012 (Level 1 show-only seating)
•2 tickets to the MasterCard after show party
•Food voucher to the value of £10
•Hotel transfers to and from The BRIT Awards 2012
•1 night luxury hotel accommodation including breakfast to the value £400
• A flight voucher to the value of €150*
Runner Up Prize:
Each Runner Up Prize is for 2 people and includes:
•2 tickets to The BRIT Awards 2012 (Level 1 show-only seating)
•2 tickets to the MasterCard after show party
•Food voucher to the value of £10
•Flight and accommodation voucher to the value of €150*
There will be 4 prizes in total. No alternative prize or cash prize will be offered.
9. The judges’ decision is final and binding on entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The copyright in the completed composition is hereby assigned by the entrant to AIB in consideration of the entrant having the opportunity to enter the competition.
11. AIB will not accept responsibility for defective goods or services won as prizes and any complaints must be referred to the relevant supplier –

12. The winners of this competition will be notified by telephone on or before Wednesday 8th February 2012. Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if AIB discovers before the distribution of the prizes that for any reason under these terms and conditions a winner should have been ineligible to enter the competition or if the entry should have been declared invalid, AIB reserves the right to determine that a winner is disqualified.
13. AIB may not be held liable for any breakdowns, accidents, faults or technical complications arising in relation to this competition.
14. AIB reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the competition or alter the specification of the competition without prior notice.
15. The names of the winners will be posted on the www.stuff4students.ie website and may be obtained by any entrant to the competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to AIB Online Retailing, AIB Bankcentre, Ballsbridge,
16. The winners may be required to take part in publicity. AIB reserves the right to use information relating to competition winners, including their names and the contents of their submissions, in any publicity both in paper and online. The winners may be required to contribute content (such as videos, photos) for www.stuff4students.ie website and www.facebook.com/stuff4students. This will be subject to editing and approval by AIB.
